Android APK for Efficient App Autoload

I am looking for an experienced Android developer who can design an APK that will efficiently auto-load the Zello application for devices such as the Inrico 522a and other older Android devices.
Key requirements include:
- The APK should autostart the Zello app like "Boot apps."
- It should also prevent screen timeout, similar to the "Screen Alive" app.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with Android development and familiar with APKs.
- Experience with implementing auto-start functionalities and power management features in APKs.
- Prior knowledge or successful experience working with Zello application and older Android devices would be beneficial.
Note: Zello app is already installed on targeted devices.
