Android Studio: Remove AdMob banner code - NO compile required

Im looking for an easy Fix. I need to Add on my app an option to "remove the banner Ads". All you need to do is created the code and help me paste it to my app. I will do the rest:
Funcionality:
There is a button the user clicks. when they do, the options are:
text: Removed the ads? Give us 5-Stars to remove the Banner ad (this needs to be a String , not fixed text).
and then 3 options:
1- Ok (close the text box)
2- Rate Now (takes user to the play store to rate, and send the request to remove the ads)
3- Buy premium. (takes to another app on the play store (paid)).
I have this code:
