The application for event management consist on three parts:
- Android app:
The Android app will be installed on staff nfc terminals to run the event. This part should be connected with database in order to obtain certain data.
There are 7 modules:
- Access control
- Cashless payments
- Clothier
- Retrieve free merchandising
- Ticket exchange
- User administration
- Notification alerts
- Web application (Dashboard / Control Panel):
- Website with registration form for new users or access for registered users.
The web application will be used to manage all the event configuration. This config should be used by the android application to run the event.
It should contain the following modules:
- Billing and licensing: Module for license purchases, billing download and NFC bracelets purchases.
- Account management: Change user basic data, means of payment, etc.
- Staff user management: Module to manage staff members.
- Event management: Event CRUD, guest data management, online registration form generator, devices management, access and rights matrix management,
graphical edition for event spaces, notification management.
- Reports and stats: Module to show some stats and reports for events

La aplicación para la gestión de eventos consta de tres partes:
- Aplicación Android:
La aplicación de Android se instalará en los terminales nfc del personal para manejar el evento. Esta parte debe estar conectada con la base de datos para obtener ciertos datos.
Hay 7 módulos:

- Pagos cashless
- Ropero
- Entrega de merchandising
- Intercambio de entradas
- Administración de usuarios
- Alertas / Notificaciones en la aplicación
- Aplicación web (Panel / Panel de control):
- Sitio web con formulario de registro para nuevos usuarios o acceso para usuarios registrados.
La aplicación web se usará para administrar toda la configuración del evento. Esta configuración debe ser utilizada por la aplicación de Android para manejar el evento.
Debe contener los siguientes módulos:
- Facturación y licencias: módulo para compra de licencias, descarga de facturas y compra de pulseras NFC.
- Gestión de cuentas: cambio de datos básicos del usuario, medios de pago, etc.
- Gestión de usuarios del personal: módulo para gestionar los miembros del personal.
- Gestión de eventos: evento CRUD, gestión de datos invitados, generador de formularios de registro en línea, gestión de dispositivos, acceso y gestión de matrices de privilegios,
edición gráfica para espacios de eventos, gestión de notificaciones.
- Informes y estadísticas: Módulo para mostrar algunas estadísticas e informes de eventos

Mobile app should be an Android native app and use NFC Android reading system.
