We are a small real estate training business. We run a 90 day productivity program where agents submit weekly productivity sheets that are then collated. The sheets are at this stage provided as a hard copy and agents complete by hand before scanning through to us each week. We are looking for an online solution or app that would allow agents to update these details online then the form is submitted or closed or sent through each week over a 12 week period. There could be 10 to 100 agents at any one time on the program. There will be a 3 - 5 programs over the year that we will call "cycles" and some may overlap so the submitted forms would need to show the agent and what program they are on when the details are submitted eg "Cycle One".
