Simple iOS Application with Mapping & API Calls

We are looking to produce a mobile app centred on our main business activity. It would hopefully be quite simple. We need to pull some information (weather etc) from APIs, display it and interpret it (go/no-go etc).
Additionally, we need geolocation functionality, with the opportunity to draw some simple polygons on a map. Happy to accept any and all quotes or bids!
