Write an iPhone application for me

I want an app which can be used by parents for spying on kid's phone like recording conversations on phone calls etc. Basically a Parental Control App but it should look like a gaming app so that the kids don't delete it. I am not sure if such apps exist on the App Store. I found some on the Android market but they don't look like games to the user(Kid).
1) Firstly, the App should record all the conversations on of the phone calls and send to the parent’s phone/computer or some other device controlled by parents.
2)Secondly, the app should be able to record any sound being discussed near it as long as there is battery in the phone. What I mean by this is that, say the child says he is going to classes and misses classes to go watch movie. The parent should be able to listen to the recordings of say 3pm-5pm to know whether the child went for a movie or was in the classroom.
3)Thirdly, the app should make a daily log of location tracking.Complete location tracking as long as phone doesn't run out of battery
4)Moreover, Text messages, WhatsApp,Web Browsing etc. should be recorded
5)And all this should happen discreetly and the child should feel that the App is just some gaming app

Only some other app on parent's phone or computer should be able to operate the app remotely. All the data should be discreetly sent to parent's device to be viewed in real-time.
