Experienced MYOB data entry person required for ongoing work
$2-8 AUD / hour
I am seeking a Freelancer with experience with MYOB to assist in data entry and preparation of financial accounts for an eCommerce business.
Although formal qualifications are not required for this role, experience with MYOB is essential.
Payment will be on a per hour basis and regular work on an ongoing basis is anticipated for the right person.
The work will include data entry (entering transactions into MYOB), reconciliation of bank accounts and producing reports using MYOB (profit / loss, balance sheet etc.). To begin with, there may be many hours of work because the accounts are behind and there is a lot of data entry to catch up on however as the file is updated the work may decrease to only 2 - 3 hours per week on an ongoing basis.
I am currently using MYOB AccountRight Standard AU version13 (refer to file). The Freelancer will be provided with a copy of this software however the software is only licensed to my company and cannot be used for any other purpose.
Work will begin on a trial basis and a permanent position may be available to a freelancer that proved their ability. I need a Freelancer that can carry out their work diligently and independantly. Attention to detail and problem solving skills are important.
We are a small company and cost is an important factor so I am seeking a Freelancer who is inexpensive and good value for money.
