Build a Django Script doing the following:

This is just 4-5 hour work, so shouldn't cost more than 30$
1. Write a video uploader web python script by which, the video gets uploaded on AWS S3 and it's entry is submitted on MYSQL table ( we want to know if you are going to use BOTO or any other option)
2. API in Django that allows to download this same very file as ZIP depending on ID passed from smartphone i.e if suppose ID=3 is passed from the tablet, all videos in step 1, will be downloaded as ZIP or GZIP to the phone. You don't need to write the android or IOS code, just the API call for the same
you need to create support and installation doc for both
