Fix my wordpress plugin to work

Hi,
I've got a commercial plugin which I installed to my wordpress. everything seems to be working but when I log out then it won't allow me to log back into my wordpress. If I disable the plugin then I can log in.
the plugin is encrypted. Can anyone help me to fix this?
I've contacted the developer but I haven't got any reply yet. I need this to be fixed asap.
I've attached a picture, this may be the cause.
