VB.net - Easy 1 hour work - Create this Simple Gridview

This is an easy 1 hour work
Using vb.net 3.5 or lower
1) Create SQL Server database with
Id - Int
First name - Varchar(50)
Second Name - Varchar(50)
Comment - text
2) Create a gridview with all those in it
3) Add a button/hyperfield column at the end of the gridview
4) When a button/hyperfield in a row is clicked a modalpopupextender pops up with all 3 data editable in textbox
First name
Second Name
Comment
Two buttons edit or cancel
