502981 add functions to C#.net program with microsoft access

i have attached C# program that works with microsoft access as backend

I need some things added to it.

when you run program - you will see a form opens and user adds service number, selects name, and selects part number or should be able to write in or scan in with a scanner gun.

(1st problem)- if you enter 15655 and hit enter it will add the number to list box- but it will add multiple copies of that number and description- same thing happens with scanner gun-

I need to be able to enter the number and hit enter and have it entered into listbox 1 time.

next: i need to have the the part number and name textboxes be empty after user clicks the command button [add to database]

last:

can a button to be added on form- for user to enter a service number and have all records displayed that have that service number and also be able to edit or delete records it they want
