when any user uploads the doc/excel/ppt files then the user who uploads can edit the file and then there will be version creation like google drive. By means of this, we can check or restore the previous versions at any time. Also, the user who gets access can also edit the content and same the version will be created.

Hope you understand that we have to follow googled drive feature for doc/excel/ppt edit and versioning...
