Function to convert a Open GL Coordinate system point cloud that ideally runs on Android into a JSON format giving degrees, distance and colour.
The function/api would be provided a tango point cloud and position so that it can return in JSON
x degrees from north (float/double)
y degrees from horizontal (float/double)
z distance in meters (float/double)
c colour in hex (or other standard)
for each point in the cloud.
Effectively the JSON output would be the representation of the room from the pre-defined position.
If you look at example and the position of focus was the black dot, we the red line was pointing north and horizontal, the length of the line was 10 meters, assuming the green line was 10 degrees from north (so 350 degrees) also horizontal but 10.2 meters, and the then the JSON would be
x=0,y=180,z=10,c=#003366
x=350,y=180,z=10.2,c=#003366
The above assume the colour for both points is the same.
All points in the point cloud would be converted to this format.
