Need to convert OrCAD schematic and layout to Eagle

We want to migrate a design file (H3 SoC design with probably 6 layers) from :
- Schematic(.dsn) from Orcad (v16.3) to Eagle.
- PCB layout (.pcb) from PADS 9.5 to eagle
And should receive working files for Eagle. You can use any tools you want, but finally I want to see bug free Eagle files and of course all components and footprints related with it inside a library file.
This project is for one design.
Note: You may think that you will be able to use automatic conversion tools. I would not recommend to rely on this. Perhaps you will need start from scratch. We need really experienced user both in Eagle and Orcad.
The design I will give you has about 90 lines in the BOM wich fit on double side PCB 60x80mm. We do not work on orcad so we did not view files yet. Most of components are standard, but perhaps ~5-10 of them you cannot find in standard libraries and will need to draw them. I will not send any samples until NDA signed. If you want take a challenge, you are welcome. If you are profy, you will not regret later.
