perl script to parse a simple page and compare it to a text file

I will like to parse products on this simple page here: [url removed, login to view] For e.g. the products will be: All Four Paws Tan Comfy Cone Avian Adventures Mediana Dometop Bird Cages Then I have a text file that contains information on these products. The text file has a lot of other products as well. What I will like to do is compare product information parsed from the web page to the text file, and if the product is found grab the entire row containing information on the product and output it to a different text file. The column to compare in the existing text file will be "NAME", I will provide the existing text file upon acceptance of the bid. The format is pretty simple a bunch of columns separated by "|" and lines separated by newlines. This new file that will be created will be named as per the current date in the format [url removed, login to view]
