Paint a picture

I have a black-white picture with car drawing on it.

The task is to create the best design for it (may be some car tuning, shining etc.) and draw.

I'm going to choose 3-10 best works, authors will win the bid.

After that I need 2nd part of project, that is to print this car in black-white variant, color it according to accepted design? on? paper,? scan? and? send? to? me.

Please, tell in your bid, what parts of project can you do.
