Heatmap Effect

I need a professional really talented artist to help me develop a photoshop automation / filter layer to transform pictures into a heat map style effect.

I need a series of filter that will take the picture [login to view URL] (see below)

And transform it into this an heatmap effect. (See picture [login to view URL] and [login to view URL])

Importan thing:

1) It must be visually nice and artistic

2) It must be structure in layer so we can isolate cold layer versus hot layer

3) It is not scientifically accurate, but must be 'logical'

Example of that:

1) Isolate the green color: this will give you tree (mild area)

2) Isolate the shadow: this will give you cold area

3) Isolate gray / road: this will give you hot area

4) Isolate reflective surface (highly white contrast) this could be consider very hot

You need to do automated filter and use layer effect to colorize all the file. You cannot use any brus or any manual action. Everything need to be automated so we can apply the procedure to many other picture.
