Need image tutorials on tasks in and around the home (Done either in Adobe PS or MS Paint)

I need some tutorials for tasks done in and around the home such as fixing things, repairing or even building things home improvement and garden related.
Each tutorial will have required number of images guiding a reader into doing the task and avove each image there will be brief comments asking the reader what to do and what the image is showin.
I had 3 tutorials done by another coder and I will send to the winning coder these images to guide them. unfortunately they are in Adobe file so I cannot include a zipped file. I will need to send it via email to the winning coder.
This will be pretty easy for anyone thats a whizz with Adobe Photoshop or MS Paint. It will be better if they are done in Photoshop though to give it a nicer look.
As you can tell, these will vary difficulty as some home improvement tasks can be shown in, say, 3 part tutorial while others may require more. One good idea to gaige an idea on how to do i would be to visit a popular DIY site and then draw your images by taking an idea from that, bearing in mind not to copy or make it appear same. No infringement on copyrights whatsoever.

**I am willing to pay $10 to $20 per tutorial depending on dififculty level.**
