360 Panorama Photo Editing

I have a 360 virtual tour business and am looking for someone to edit all photos that come across so I can focus on the photography side and client liaison of the company.
I have a project that I would like to test someone on and see if we work together. Initially, I will offer one image to edit (3 HDR shots at different levels). I will require the following for every photo I send:
· Fix all zenith/nadirs issues including tripod removal by healing it out (including the camera-man in the off chance he can be seen)
· Removal of the camera and its shadows and reflections.
· Fix all optiflow/warp issues caused by the algorithm.
· Combine the 3 HDR photos into 1 for images that are bright, colourful, make sure the windows are not overexposed for a balance for indoor shots.
· All images are to be returned uncompressed and in their original resolution of 7680 x 3840.
I have attached the three images to show you what you would be working with.
We have quite a few projects in the pipeline and looking for someone reliable. If any special edits are required we will ask you to quote on it.
If we are to work together, I expect clear communication of updates on progress and to be consistent with a high quality of work.
