We want to create two apps, one web and one mobile (android). With the web app, the administrator will prepare certain forms for data collection (photos and comments). The web app will work with a database (ie MySQL, accessible through the web). The mobile app (Android) will provide the UI for data collection and uploading on the database, when connected. Finally a simple report (html) should be created.
