I would like to buid a custom made cosplay store which like ezcosplay, cosplaysky or other tailor made online store

1. Site Should be Muti-languages (English, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese and Germany) automatically connect with Bing translation
2. Support 4 Currencies: USD, GB, EURO,JP (Paypal, but should able to set currency rate for each currency)
3. Front End in English (Default), admin in Chinese
4. Help to copy content from the copy sites and modify so it can make it ready to go for the buyer.
5. I like the other sites product page for custom made options and buyer guild (the size measurement one) but Please do not make it 100% the same like the other sites, I want it more fashion/brand one than that. so you need to design the better front end which is more suitable for US/EU style.
6.How many days for after sale support you can provide?
7. I am fine for extra paid if hard change I requested but I really need you online to work because I had bad experience with someone who just disappeared and leave me a mess.
8. I will have other jobs reference for you because I have group of Chinese ebay seller friends who's seeking to build their own sites but you must show me you are great enough for recommendations :)
