Custom multisite WP site needed - rush job required

Looking for an expert Wordpress and PHP developer on an ongoing basis who can develop customized multi-site Wordpress applications. A typical platform will include a multi-site network with a custom admin that allows the user to build and maintain websites that use the same template. In some applications, the user is offered the choice of creating three different websites in their custom admin all of which use the same theme but differ in layout. Each website may include additional content specific to it, and accordingly, the database will feed data to the three website layouts.
All sites are domain mapped to domain names that are purchased through the system’s enom API. The network is hosted on Rackspace Cloud. Purchase of sites by user is available using Stripe API.
We need to have a multisite application built with a project completion date in a week’s time. This is a rush job but fortunately you can copy of of our existing custom wp multisite sites to build upon it and which will help speed things along.
We have the templates for the three different websites, which are variations of the same theme, ready for integration. More details forthcoming with expert and interested freelancers.
