Opencart Ecommerce Fix/Problem Solve - Checkout not working

I have an online shop [login to view URL]

The OPENCART shop works ok apart from the checkout has a bug.

Some users can not finish a transaction. The buttons on the check out page sometimes stall and won’t let the user continue.

Here are few points:

Seems to work better on IE but not firefox

I have installed a fresh copy un edited and it still does the same ([login to view URL]) - not real shop

Could be server... needs testing

I need someone to fix this bug so the shopping cart works correctly. Payment only if problem is solved.

Applicant must have a good knowledge of opencart opensource, Ajax, and servers amongst other related skills
