Hi,
for a big property portal which is already online and earning money we're looking for a qualified person on either fix price or monthly salery to re-write the entire project along the new specifications list.
The portal will be written in PHP using a mysql database and SMARTY as template engine.
The programmer has to work full time on it and we request full time communication via Email, Phone or Messenger.
Your english has to be fluent as you will also a lot in touch with the client directly.
It would be a very big advantage as you would be from the UK, Spain or Germany in order to organsize personal meetings with the client.
It is essential that you are a profi with PHP and SMARTY.
You should also now about using Ajax in order to use the new web2.0 techniques.
Please find attached a list of functions the new website should contain, read carefully through and ask your questions where needed.
Please also post me some example websites where I can see your credibility in bigger projects. Please don't spam the notice board with endless portfolio websites, I won't check them anyway, just select some references related to my project.
