I want someone to add an offline payment to a Fully developed website utilizing PHP and MySQL. This is a jobsearch website installed from [url removed, login to view] but they payment option is paypal and I want to be able to receive money offline (cheque, money orders or address to send money). Admin must be able to activate an account after receiving payment.
