**History of Project**:

I have posted this project here before, however, the first time the bidder could not do it because of time issues on his side. Third time a charm?

Please download the attached file which has a VERY detailed explanation of what we want.

**I have updated the reqs document as of 12/16/2001 at 6:34 PM CST. I have made it simpler by removing the need to support credit card gateways and merchants.**

Please note that the last two times we have had this bid up the average bid was around $500.00 so we will not be accepting bids for much more then that. We are looking for quality professional work, if you choose to bid on this project please tell us how you think you will be able to do this project better.

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. Within the time frame laid out.

## Deadline information

With the exception of email and file upload DLLs this program should use no DLLS, meaning that you should not make any DLLs for this program.
