We need the coder to develop the complete code for all (or as many as possible) of the 16 mortgage calculators on this site:

Just click on the "Calculators" button, and that will take you to 16 calculators. If you cannot do all 16 but you can do most of them that is still OK.
Pls be advised that I do not know the algorithms for the calculators and cannot provide you with any algorithms. Therefore, it is up to you, and you must have done this type of work before and be familiar with it or at least be able to determine what the algorithm should be using the description of the calculator and the examples of numbers that we plug in.
All calculators should do appropriate error-checking and inform the user of any bad data entry.
We need the forms as well as the server code that produces the results.
Pls make sure that all calculators are fully tested. Pls only bid if you have previous experience with such type of calculators. If you have any other calculator besides the 16 here that you think would be good for a Mortgage site, we are willing to look at it.
