I need someone to create a Silverlight Media Framework (SMF) v2.2 (<[url removed, login to view]>) Smooth Streaming player with the following requirements:
> looks the same as the player seen at <[url removed, login to view]>
> has a property to turn on/off image preview during scrubbing (see <[url removed, login to view]>)
> has a property to only display controls when mousing over the video
> has the ability to automatically start playing the video in a muted state
