WEBMASTER PROJECT COORDINATOR

I have an **immediate** need for a qualified webmaster and project coordinator to assist me in maintaining my websites. I have several ongoing projects requiring someone who is ***knowledgable*** and ***experienced*** in the following areas (no wannabees please):
1) autoresponder message managment, listbuilding, and creating and connecting a sophisticated (like [[url removed, login to view]][1] ) autoresponder to forms and fly-in ads on my website to collect subscribers.
2) establishing and maintaining payment gateways with a variety of vendors (esp. Pay Pal) - this includes setting up recurring billing with Pay Pal as well.
3) setting up web pages designed to download digital products
4) you must be willing to teach me anything you know
5) you must have **STRONG** English skills
6) you must charge a reasonable hourly rate
7) you must be ***proficient*** in the use of Dreamweaver, not a beginner or an intermediate level. You must also know how to use HTML at least at an intermediate level.
You must possess the following skills and attriubutes:
1) *_available_*: be available to work when I need you: don't keep me waiting for days on end while you work on other projects.
2) _*efficient and reliable*_: You must have experience, initiative, and follow-through to get the tasks done effectively, competently, and quickly.
3) _*communicate*_: you must be available to communicate with me on a regular basis (daily) and you must be reachable every day - no disappearing for days at a time.
The person or firm I'm looking for understands that I need business support on an ongoing basis, and will not leave me high and dry on any project.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Much of my work is currently being deployed using godaddy hosting, so if you experienced with them, that would be a plus.
