Upgrading blogging software

At the moment we are using some very old blogging software to run our blog called bblog. It has never worked correctly, and we are taking advantage of a site redesign to install a new blogging system.
This project will involve 1) suggesting a new blogging platform, 2) converting over our existing content, and 3) making any changes to blogging templates to fit in with our new site design.
**1. Suggesting a new blogging platform**
Our blog needs to look like it is part of our site, which may rule out some blogging platforms. This may require installation (our website host has both PHP and MySQL installed).
**2. Converting existing content**
There are approximately 44 blog entries to copy over to the new system.
**3. Making changes to templates**
The current website is [[url removed, login to view]][1], and you can see the blog entries starting part way down the home page. The new website is at [[url removed, login to view]][2]. As you can see, we already have a lot of the graphic and design work complete, so any changes to the blog template should be minor.
Ideally I'd like this work completed in the next 2 - 3 weeks.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
