PHP File Exchange Script for eBay

I require a PHP / MySQLI script that will create a csv file in preparation for eBay File Exchange. The script should include the capability of creating variation / relations for products that have multiple (for example) colours, sizes ETC. The user should then be able to download the file to their system via the browser so they can upload it to Ebay. I can provide two sample MySQL tables, the parent 'product' table and the table containing the product variations, related by foreign key.
