My client has an Xcart Pro installation and has had Qualiteam do some mods on it already. They have updated it to include a provider registration form for automatic provider applications and a payment script that automatically calculates a fee (listing fee and %age commission) that is left in the administrators account with the balance transferred to the relevant providers account automatically. Unfortunately the automatic payment part cannot be utilized as the script they have won't work on any gateways available in Australia. So part one of the quote is, Can anyone write an automated script that will calculate and transfer funds in Australia.

My client also wants to add a Mall style function to the site. Its basically the Xmall upgrade they offer on the Xcart site, so that the providers all have their own store and people can't purchase items in the same shopping cart between stores, to stop multiple shipping costs basically. The site administrator still has overall financial control so they will still be able to collect their commissions or fees.
