Fix Drupal Problems

I am looking to hire someone who can fix the following problems that I am having on my drupal site. I need the problems fix within 48 hours of awarding this project.

The following are the drupal problems I want fixed:

1. Login form:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function user_login_default_validators() in /home/todayshr/public_html/hrbrainbank/themes/theme099/[login to view URL] on line 31

2. No content shows? ? ??" is that because of the Login error?

3. Remove numbers at the tops of? ? pages just below headline. Example home page -?

? -397? ? -398? ? -401

4. Sidebar information is not showing.

5. Video on home page ??" the actual video was placed on another website. I want it placed on this site. I would also like it reduced in size ??" 10-20%.

6. Load new banner ??" the template banner has several images layered on top of each other. I want one image for the banner. And I want to be instructed how to change it.

7. Google Adsense is not showing on the pages

8. FREE Report Graphic is not showing at the top of the right margin
