MP3 mysql database(repost)

Hello, This bid is for updating a music catalog system (mysql database). The last programmer I had did not finish and there are a few errors to be corrected and features that need to be added back in. I do not want a complete re-write of the code, he came very close to finishing all the below and this shouldnt be a large project. This bid is to fix everything so it works (without error messages) and for the following features to be added or changes to be made: 1) A rating system 5 stars for each file can be voted by people or be based on number of downloads) 2) I want files that are displayed in browse and search to alternate in colors blue and white or blue and grey so that files are easier to follow. 3) Need a “performer?? box on the upload page and browse page. 4) Need some kind of an administrators page to delete or edit entries. 5) Remove “other?? in each box since people can just add other anyways in the box next to them 6) Not seeing a download link when I browse or search 7) I’d like to add information to the “view?? link for each file such as a picture and some text. Is this something I can have on the admin page? Like a box for text and a “browse?? for a picture? 8) The last coder combined categories under “form?? The categories listed below should be outside this box and have their own (chamber music, ballets and dances) They should have their own two boxes like the rest and show up on the browse page ---- Questions I was also wondering if the following are possible for the site. If these are technical and would cost extra please let me know and how much. 1)an upload progress bar 2)files uploaded that are duplicates are automatically renamed to add 1 or somthing that the original is not overwritten ( so Mozart becomes Mozart(1) ) My site can be seen here: [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] I have attached some of the code used, please look it over to see if you understand it. 1)must work in modern browsers “firefox, IE, safari?? etc. 2)code must be installed by the coder 3)error free, must be functional and without error messages 4) a backup copy of the final code 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
