we want a web based designer to build a designe rforcreating a preveiw of van signage

ie it will have on screen apicture of a van chosen form a a list of make and model and year then on that van they will be able to type text size it colour it move it and upload image and logos to fit and position on van thne when there happy they will proceed to ordering were it will send me an image and details and then collectpayment by shopping cart or paypal

again if this can be made for use on ebay it would be better but we also need it for our website
