Animated icons design interface

Design interface for animated icons + conversion utility anything to ico or ani and vice-versa. This must be exclusively written in Delphi 5 Pascal Object You will be preferred if you have already developed such an interface, and can sample something right away. **Don't consider bidding here without strong Delphi experience and proven records + graphics + WinApi + icons 32 bits & multi-images (XP)**. Exclusivity on source is not a requirement. What I want is something like IconForge's interface which can be viewed at cursorarts.com. The conversion utilityI want is something like any2Icon at aha-soft.com.
