Need website with CMS (NOT wordpress, drupal, etc.) built QUICKLY for content updating and member management (NO ecommerce)

We've tried to get this project done before utilizing a CMS that was started by an old developer, but it has failed. We are now on a time constraint (really a week's time) to get this done. Full details below, but to summarize the project, the website requires a "custom" cms system (we do NOT want wordpress or drupal or such) that will allow the client to update content on the frontend of the site (manage navigation and page content), update specific modules (such as title of entry, description, etc.), and allow for the interaction between members who must register and staff that create scheduling appointments with members for services. There is more to the project which is listed below. The frontend design of the website is already built; you can use the basic html that put it together or redo it if that is quicker for you, but the design should remain EXACTLY the same. This is NOT a big budget project, but if done well, quickly and without a problem, you'll receive much bigger projects from us.
We are looking for someone who would like to start receiving steady work from us as we have many clients that need servicing.
We can provide a base cms if you want to use it, however, in trying to get this project doe extremely quickly....you are welcome to use something of your own. PLEASE PROVIDE SAMPLES OF YOUR FRONTEND AND BACKEND/CMS WORK; bids without will NOT be considered (specifically, backend - even screenshots are OK).
MUST BE ABLE TO PRODUCE VERY QUICKLY!!!!!
