Theming Drupal Availability Calendars and Print module

You should theme the Drupal Availability Calendar on the site [url removed, login to view] and the calendar shown in the print version [url removed, login to view]
Both calendars must have nice arrows instead of "Previous 6 months Next 6 months" like gif or png with transparency. When you can not go back or on the arrow should have another colour, like grey.
Users of [url removed, login to view] can implement the print version of the calendar with an iframe to their websites. Next to the arrows I would like to have some text (copyright and ads), only in the print version! The text should only appear when a cck field of the node has a specific value. So something like this:
