Add functionality to Digital Access Pass membership script

I have a membership script (Digital Access Pass) that also has a built-in Autoresponder, shopping cart and affiliate module.
I would like to have the following functionality added to the software:
1) Ability to track email open and delivery rates
2) Ability to send email notifications... right now you can do this, but it will only send very basic info on the sign-up or purchase. I want to sell a DVD and have the customer info sent to the fulfillment house.
3) The login page and payment page really can't be customized other than the header and footer (and the styling on those pages is pretty ugly)... I would like the ability to be able to customize the look and feel.
