Web Enabling Products and Process

This is a web enabling project divided into modules. We want to make our company product and processes completely web enabled. The project is divided into modules to enable the right skilled person work in the module that he/she is knowledgeable about. The modules are given below. Should you want to bid for more than one module you are welcome, and if you are ready to reduce your price if you win more than one module we would be glad to know. Now coming to the technicalities: We have two niche technologies. 1) NLP based 2) Graphics Animation based. Our current focus is on Japanese, English and German. Coder should understand localization, so every page we generate would use our NLP and get converted to appropriate lang. We want to web enable ourselves internally and externally with focus on our core technologies and reach the market. Note, you will do only the programming to enable the web site and not web pages writing (which we will do). Currently we have the webhosting package which is php MySQL based. See [login to view URL] for details. On completion of the project we are ready to move to an Apache based higher bandwidth dedicated Server based on the coders recommendations suiting our needs.

## Deliverables

In the bid clearly mention the modules that you can and that you cant do. Please give your quote for each module also seperately if you bid for it. The modules that we are looking for are: 1) WebServer based website for desiminating Japanese/German/English learning. Will be able to show applets, MPEG, Synchronizeded Presentationtions, student registeration and fees. Show offers, articles. Our animation (described below will be the information desimination). 2) Web Server based Sales & CRM Automation with colloboration for group discussions, appointments, alerts etc. Download [login to view URL] evaluation for example. Another example is sales logix CRM tool 3) Web Server based SEI CMM Level 2-5 workflow automation for Project management and schedules. We also have contractor and freelancers and bidding for outsourcing so include features of [login to view URL] also in it. 4) Graphics Editor (75% completed and working with bugs in Java2D+Swings.... You need to complete it). Our animations have been made using it but due to bugs and limited features takes too much time. Hence, need to improve the editor. 5) Web Server based recruitment module. See [login to view URL] for example 6) Applet Animation being web enabled from the server to desiminate information automatically. It will use our applet animation. See [login to view URL] download and [login to view URL] Animation Applet is ready but needs to recieve regular information from the server when ever the client is on the net. 7) Web server based information desimination for hand helds of our technologies. WAP, NttDocomo, Dhtml etc 8) Web server based eStore and ePayment 9) Special effects applets. Please download [login to view URL] for example. These applets effects need to be made available to us so that we have more flexibility 10) Web server based bilingual communication system. The user will write the material for our proprietary NLP s/w. With limited Japanese the users are able to communicate with the Japanese and vice versa However, the user can see the meaning in the lang that he is comfortable with. You will need to modify jgloss type of work and incorporate our NLP method. Allow for german/Japanese/English and any lang input facility which passes through our NLP. However, NLP engine is ours. Please see [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] You may not be able to see the Japanese fonts if a) You do not enable Encoding in your broweser as Japanese Autodetect b) Have not installed free IME Global package from the Micro Soft site. 11) NLP State space engine completion. (90% complete, you need to complete it. It is based on Java2D, JavaSwings). 12) NLP input as per our system (90% complete, you need to complete it. It is based on Java2D, Java Swings). 1.a) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 1.b) All relevant documents like High level design, Low level design, Test cases (UTC, ITC, STC, ATC), Test reports, any other information used and relevant to understanding of the work. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Beta should be up by Feb 16 2003 and final tested code should be delivered by Feb 29 2003. You will give warranty for 6 months and remove any reported bugs free of cost in that period You will deliver all documents design, test and others to understand your work.
