Dynamic Chart (HighCharts)

Develop a chart system to display data where there are going to be three selectable values (from a combobox or another control that you think that suits better).
Selectable fields:
- Date (options: monthly or yearly)
- X Axsis (The labels values)
- Y Axsis (The number values)
The data will be fetched from the database, you need to choose a method that will make the chart works smoothly, and quickly.
