I'm looking for a solution for the follwing problem:
I have a Page on a website with a form and several form fields.(if you can do the same without forms I am open for ideas, but it should be easily css formatable)
A user fills the form fields.
He clicks submit.
Now instead of immediately submitting the Form to an email address the script that is activated should do the following:
1. Tell the user, his request is being processed, and show a moving status bar.
2. Submit and Display the information to another webpage on the same website which an operator has openend all the time. Or open a new popup window from this page... Play a tone/music to alert operator. Operator then reads the submitted data and has a field where he can type an answer and submits it.
3. User gets answer...
4. If there is no answer for 120 seconds or so, User should get a message: like nobody available and form field entries should be submitted to an email address.
thats it. No I don't need a Chat support script. I don't want to have a chat. Only a form that somebody can submit, a page where this information is displayed, a notification of the person who has this page open and a possibilty to give an answer on this page to the user.
Should be easy to embed in an existing webpage. Form or anything else that is css compatible for design very much preferred.
