Hi. We are looking for someone who can make this as a Joomla-plugin:
We’re making a site with the function of pool betting, where you either bet 1, draw or 2 depending on what team you believe will win. What you earn will depend on how many right bets you have made. The game of pool betting consists of a player betting on different matches. It is important that it's a group of matches rather than one. This is because the players should have a variety of combinations to choose from, so that your knowledge about the teams in the matches really matters.

In our case: A player bet on 13 matches. If he bets 10 dollars, and his bet is right, he wins 10 dollars x his odds in the match. (If the odds are 3, he wins 30 dollars.)
We want our players to use euros (€) as PayPal credits (like poker chips) directly in our site, and withdrawed directly from PayPal whenever they like, even when players have earned more money than they bet. A certain percentage always have to go to our (the webmasters) account. Depending on how the user ticks the site calculates the user cost in a live view. The site gives 65% of the income to the player and 35% goes to the webmaster.
We also need this function to be playable by different accounts, where each account store their individual amount of credit.
The accounts should be able to play pool betting with the same credit in three separate sports simultaneously (3 menu tabs).
A pool betting game is made in a talon, a series of 13 rows of 3 checkboxes, where you place a bet on team 1, team 2 or draw.
If a user bets on both teams in a match, an automatic price raise will occur, countering that a user will earn more than before when betting on both sides.
From backend, the webmaster will be able to insert matches to bet on, and whenever he likes turn of the betting and publish the results.
If a user lose, we get the money. The odds are set by us. So if we think that everyone will bet on the same teams, we’ll make the odds very low, because otherwise we would lose all our money.
A user who has had more right bets should always earn more than a user who has had fewer right bets on the same betting session.
In a user account, we need a menu tab containing: Credit, bets, daily limit, money checkout, money refill function,
The site need the ability to exclude certain countries of our choosing from playing (due to laws and regulations).
We will provide PSD-files for you to recreate into the design.

We will provide you with this if you choose to build from this component, which provides a simple pool betting function without payment solutions among other important features.
Default daily limit: After a player have played for 10 euros, a box will appear notifying that "the daily limit has been reached and you can not play anymore today. Go to your profile settings to change this limit”. Inside the profile, the user can set the limit higher or remove it completely. When the user saves his settings, he is notified that the settings will take effect in 24 hours.
