Design and develop a dynamic Joomla (component) test for kids that consist of two parts as follow:
1. Figural part: This will include an online sketcher (drawer) that is capable of having basic Windows paint functions and ability to add pictures from a side bar where the user can re-size, copy and rotate them. The user can submit either one submission or multiples depending of the type specified by the admin and within a specific timer.
2. Verbal part: This will include an online fill in blanks and writer that can be specified by the admin within a specified amount of time.
The test must have the ability of having written and oral instructions for each part and the test may consist of any numbers of part specified by the administrator. Also, I need the component to be capable of being translated to other languages. Now the results submitted must be stored with a user profile (I am using community builder).
