Need a php programmer who have working experience with "jquery" and understands "object oriented programming".

Simple jobs are to 1. create/correct jQuery/php form 2. create /correct jQuery/php form with Dates (Market Stats) 3. Text editors for Shipping Information Management 4. Redesigning of index page with creativity.

P.S : I'm a serious buyer & only expect to work with a serious provider inside a budget of USD$150
