Need Help with JavaScript Problem

Please have a look at:

it's a form to add entries to my database. Now i wanted to add a map (Google Maps API). I almost get it done, but now i have a JavaScript Problem, and I want you to fix it. New version of the form (with map) is here:

The problem is that Google Maps requires some JavaScript stuff in the header of the page you want to display the map. Unfortunatelly my site is template based, so whenever i add something like body onload="load()" onunload="GUnload() to my header-template, there's a JavaScript Error...

Your job is to include my new form (the one with the map) into my template without any errors on loading the form or any other page of my website (that uses the same header template).

Any ideas ?

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
