1.4.2 Magento Errors

On our 1.4.2 magento Shop, we have a lot of errors (somes are very disturbing for E-commerce) : [url removed, login to view]
1) When checking, we have this error :
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mcrypt_module_open() in /var/www/vhosts/[url removed, login to view] on line 63
I think it is due to this function that is not installed on our new server (we moved last week) : see this post : [url removed, login to view]
2) We don't receive order emails, customers neither : So we never know when a sale is done
3) We installed an export extension, that does not work when trying to download file. we have this message :

Fatal error: Function name must be a string in /var/www/vhosts/[url removed, login to view] on line 140
