Minor bug fixes to magento site

Various minor fixes to magento site that I need done quickly:

- page layout becomes corrupted for configurable products with two options (simple layout fix)

- corrupt reference to existing pdf & flash control

- when in shopping cart mode and site switches to ssl, a few images still reference http (not https). Remove hardcode image references to dev server.

- fix pdf link to newsletter to production server instead of dev server

Look for cost effective, quality developer to keep on long term for site maintenance/enhancements.
