maps engine - multiple stops

I need someone to create something that will collect multiple addresses from an api. Your script needs to take the addresses and put them on google maps engine so that the user can view them on their phone using google maps engine.

Need you to create web page that will show the user the fastest order to complete the multiple stops. The start point will be based on the users location. It will show the total time it will take to complete the stops.

If the address can not be found using google's map api it will check mapquests api for the address and get the coordinates. Additionally if google maps is wrong about a location or we can't get the correct location from mapquest, the user will be able to press a button. It will get the users exact location coordinates and store that information in a database for that address. So each location will be stored in the database and will have corrected location in database as well.

Each location you will also store other information about it and even a picture(s) of the location which will be stored in amazon s3. Those pictures would be uploaded via the users phone.
