hello, i want a website created.
couple of things need to be created:
a login and registration
a admin panel for me. were there is a special login not on the homepage.
alot of pages with all the same layout. (i will add text and images later to it)
a small and easy nagivation bar only on 1 page. (for becos there so many pages with info)
some sort of chat when client is logged in, not realtime just easy, so the client can communicate with me (i respond trough admin panel) must can see the time and date of msg, its not realtime, its more like a forum/ticket system.
and install this on my server.
this is the basic where i want to start with.
let me know if you are capable of doing this fast and easy.

becos when this things are done, we need to continiou with expanding the admin panel and client panel when logged in later. then we will discuss a new price for new extra work for the same website.
and you dont have to design anything, i will use a website designer later for this.
make it simple and ugly just programm it and done.
